Founded in 1987 at the University of Sydney, Elegancy Catering sprang from Luke and Marilyn’s passion for gastronomy, crafting unforgettable culinary experiences. They first made their mark in the historic Grandstand, expanding their reach from exclusive residences to event centers and restaurants across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

After a brief interlude, Luke returned to inaugurate not only a catering company but also a charming café, establishing the Elegancy Group. The brand became synonymous with elegance, warm hospitality, and consistently exceeding expectations.
